- Erika gave Raja (limited) access to photos she used with the Fact Book.
Discoveries/Guidelines
- Undo – Ctrl-Z (Remember this one)
- Bread Crumbs – Raja will be eliminating beginning bread crumbs for each page. We will have to add section title for all pages now. Reduces duplication of titles
- Header Use – For all titles, use the header 2 option. For all subtitles, use the header 3 option.
- Header Adjustment – Raja will adjust all header options to size down by a size or two.
- Regular Text – All regular text will use the ‘Paragraph’ heading
- Footnotes – Raja will create a header or style format option to select for footers. Will be bold and in italics.
- Tableau Public vs University Internal – Public view will not require a footnote. CAS Authenticate or University internal will require a footnote to this effect: (Requires IU Staff Login).
- Thumbnails – Don’t say click on thumbnail – just have the web link on each thumbnail.
- Links –
- Always choose – New Window option
- Never say ‘click here’. Say, ‘View admissions (e.g. PIC, API) page.’ Then highlight all for the link.
- Section Page Breaks – 1/2 , 2/3, 1/3
- Under Section > Section Chunk Details
- Position = Left or Right
- Size = One Half, One Third, Two Thirds
- Under Section > Section Chunk Details
