Jesse Talley joined University Institutional Research and Reporting in 2019 as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Prior to joining the UIRR team, Jesse oversaw survey projects and telephone data collection for the Center for Survey Research at Indiana University where he worked on studies dealing with educational and professional outcomes of post-secondary students. Jesse received his Master of Public Affairs from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IU Bloomington. He has interests in public policy analysis and decision support information systems.
